Assenti Research | Discounted Rate on Research Services

Assenti Research was formed in 2005 by Sinead Assenti.  Sinead is a qualitative and quantitative research practitioner with over 20 years experience of working in research in Scotland.  Before setting up Assenti Research Sinead headed up the Scotland division of mruk (at that time a top 20 UK agency) where she was a Director for 6 years.

Sinead is a full member of the Market Research Society and Assenti Research is a Company Partner of the Market Research Society, being committed to the highest standards of research.

Assenti Research has an eclectic client base including many of Scotland’s biggest and growing private businesses, charities and public sector organisations.  In the tourism sector we have previously worked with Scottish Tourism Alliance, Crieff Hydro, Hotel Connexions, Historic Scotland, QD Events and SEC and a wide range of others.  Long-term relationships are important and Assenti Research has many clients who come back repeatedly with new projects but also feel comfortable just to pick up the phone and ask for advice.

Assenti Research offer a mix of qualitative (focus groups, depth interviews, mystery shopping) and quantitative (online, telephone, in-street) research approaches.  Our previous experience includes:

  • Website testing and evaluation
  • Mystery shopping (accommodation, food and beverage service, booking experience)
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Visitor experience
  • Staff engagement

Our ethos is affordable, insightful research and we are happy to offer full service or simply advice and guidance on in-house research to ensure you get the most out of it.  We are delighted to offer STA members a discounted daily rate of £350 +VAT.  If you would like to discuss your research needs or for a no obligation quote please get in touch with Sinead.
