TCMO and STA have partnered to deliver a professional and cost effective series of training workshops and coaching.
They have been specifically designed for the hospitality, tourism and retail sectors in Scotland and to address the need for more skilled leaders of the future.
They are aimed at managers, team leaders and supervisors at any stage of their career who are looking to discover, develop and enhance their leadership skills.
Of the 75+ attendees over 7 workshops so far in 2017, 100% have rated their overall learning experience as excellent or good and commented:-

The group workshops are split over 2 x ½ days with an individual coaching session in between, they are for 8 to 15 participants and can be delivered across Scotland for ‘in house’ or mixed groups.
The workshops are highly practical and outcome based and will help attendees recognise the importance of a positive and consistent management styles and their role in delivering customer, team and business excellence.
