The Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee would like to hear your views on the South of Scotland Enterprise Bill. The Committee agreed its approach to the Bill on 7 November 2018.

The Bill will set up a new body called ‘South of Scotland Enterprise’. It is a short Bill which focuses on the detail of how the agency should be organised and outlines its purposes, powers and duties.

The Committee launched a survey and call for views today; with further information available on the Committee's website here. We encourage everyone to fill in a short online survey to share your views. The survey can be accessed here. If you would like to submit detailed comments on the Bill, please send a written submission. We encourage you to use the attached template to submit your view.

The deadline for submissions will be Monday 7 January 2019.
