STA Patrons French Duncan announces NEW HR Training Programme for businesses

Business advisory firm, French Duncan has announced details of its new HR Training Programme for businesses starting this spring.  The series of half day sessions will enable line managers and staff with responsibility for HR to develop an understanding of key areas of HR and how to best approach these in practice.

There are four key areas of the training programme

  1. Employment Rights and Practices – 28th February 2018
  2. Handling Misconduct & Poor Performance – 27th March 2018
  3. Handling Conflict & Grievance Issues – 26th April 2018
  4. Handling Absence & Attendance Issues – 30th May 2018
