This year’s awards\, organised by a volunteer committee of tourism professionals\, will include four new categories; Celebrating Thriving Communities\, Inclusive Tourism\, Climate Action and Tourism\, and Hospitality Employer of the Year. \nThe eleventh annual Aberdeen City and Shire Thistle Awards take place at The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen on Friday September 22 2023 and aim to recognise and reward excellence across the industry. All our winners progress automatically to the Scottish Thistle Awards National Final. \nWhether you’re a large hotel or a small guest house; an upmarket restaurant or a casual coffee shop; front of house or behind the scenes; a manager driving up standards or a taxi operator driving visitors\, there’s an ACSTA category just for you.
