Developed by industry and supported by Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Tourism Alliance, this toolkit includes resources and guidance for Scotland’s hospitality and tourism sector, including information on support that is available for the training and development of staff, achieving net zero, equality and diversity in the workplace, mental health and wellbeing and fair work.
