Flexible Workforce Development Fund – South Lanarkshire region
Each levy-paying employer can apply for access to training to a value of up to £15,000 in 2019/20.
The Scottish Funding Council (SFC) has announced that the Flexible Workforce Development Fund has been launched for a second year and there is now an opportunity for apprenticeship levy-paying companies to access £15,000 worth of training.
If you’re an employer with a £3M wage bill per annum, then you can apply for the Fund to meet skills gaps within your organisation. You could use this investment to up-skill or re-skill your existing workforce. A great opportunity to engage and motivate your employees by offering them high quality training while bringing great benefits to your organisation.
