Hello, my name is Daisy I’m 18 and I’m an apprentice at the Scottish crannog Centre. I have completed two modern apprenticeships one in customer service and most recently one in museums and Gallery’s practice. I work in the cooking shelter in the iron age village and make food such as bread, butter and berry crumble and I’m now applying for the great British bake off. In my spare time I like to shop and spend time with family and friends. Since working here, I have gained more confidence about speaking to a large amount of people, I have better knowledge about our ancestors and I’ve been able to input my thoughts into the museum/new museum.
