35 years commercial experience in the industry, has provided Jane with a unique perspective on food businesses and given her a strong network globally.
She helps businesses identify and capitalise on their assets. She connects people. She is working with UK food and drink businesses as well as helping a lot of overseas businesses understand the UK retail and foodservice markets and opportunities. In 2022, Jane has run 2 projects, one with hospitality businesses, helping them create new business growth strategies for the next 5 years.
In 2019 she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Glasgow Caledonian University for services to the food industry and entrepreneurship. Jane regularly represents the food industry on tv and radio and most recently appeared on BBC2 Inside the Factory.
