The Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Conference will be taking place on Tuesday 3rd October, 9am to 12:30pm, at the Ayrshire College Campus in Kilmarnock.

The event, which is free to attend, will give local employers the opportunity to hear about the support available to upskill their current and future workforce whilst also giving a platform to allow them to speak about the challenges in recruiting in their sector and help to identify any gaps that the partnerships can address.

It will focus on three sectors; Build Environment, Engineering and the Visitor Economy.
