Since 2003, People 1st International has conducted regular large-scale national surveys to provide a comprehensive picture of new and emerging workforce challenges across hospitality, tourism, travel, aviation and retail.

Last week (Wednesday 24th May) it launched the 2023 State of the Workforce Survey to investigate skills gaps and workforce issues across the visitor economy sector to help employers across the sector to better address their workforce needs, directly informing the decisions they make with regard to skills development.
