Industry Update: Attract and retain talent in the heritage, hospitality, and tourism industry, with Rewards Training Scotland

Rewards Training Scotland offers a range of nationally recognised qualifications, tailored specifically for the heritage, hospitality, and tourism sectors.

Qualifications are obtained ‘on-the-job’, and include:

-Diploma in Cultural Venue Operations
(Rewards Training are the only provider in Scotland to offer this popular qualification)
-Museums and Galleries Practice SVQ
-Business and Administration SVQs at various levels

As a leading Training Provider, Rewards Training works with Skills Development Scotland and Developing the Young Workforce to find suitable candidates looking for a role in the heritage, hospitality or tourism sectors, while existing staff members may be eligible for government funding to support their qualification.

Rewards Training already has existing partnerships with Historic Environment Scotland, with Apprentices recently completing qualifications in both Edinburgh and Stirling Castles, and National Trust, with an Apprentice currently in the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. The have also previously supported qualifications in science centres, distilleries and theatres.
