This bi-annual survey is a vital source of data for Scotland’s self-catering sector. It tracks booking patterns, financial performance, and the impact of policies like the Visitor Levy and Short-Term Let Regulations.

The insights gathered will directly inform our work with the industry leaders, VisitScotland, and the Scottish Government—ensuring decisions are based on real-world data from operators across the country.
