Introduction to Scotland’s draft future tourism strategy and networking reception

19th November

Aberdeen

The Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA) will be hosting a special networking event for tourism businesses in Aberdeenshire as part of our activity in engaging our businesses, destinations, communities and our current and future workforce in the draft future tourism strategy on the 19th November at the Robert Gordon University (RGU) 1600 – 1900.

This is your opportunity to hear first-hand, an overview of the shape of Scotland’s future tourism strategy, as announced at the STA Annual Autumn Conference earlier in October and feed your thoughts back as part of this stakeholder engagement exercise.

As a second part to the event, thanks to the very kind extended hospitality of RGU, we will be hosting a networking reception with drinks and canapes at which there will be an update on the activity and the role of the STA.

We would be delighted to have you join us for one or both concurrent parts/events on the 19th.

Event 1 – 4.00pm – 5.30pm
Introduction to Scotland’s draft future tourism strategy and your opportunity to feed back

Event 2 – 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Update on Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA) activity by CEO, Marc Crothall and networking reception with members of the STA team

Please confirm your attendance to mhairi.smith@stalliance.co.uk indicating which part/event you will be attending if not both.
