Ian is a veteran hospitality manager with 20 years’ experience in the luxury and leisure sector. He is a graduate in International Tourism & Hospitality Management and active member of the Institute of hospitality, with a track record in delivering exceptional experiences through well trained and empowered teams up to AA five red star level.
He is a hospitality all-rounder who started his career in the kitchen, before moving front of house, F&B and into management. His key skills laterally are in leadership, marketing, revenue management and customer experience. Having been with House of Gods for almost seven years he has been integral to the extraordinary growth, popularity and results from this unique concept.
