Jane’s Extraordinary Purpose is to be the catalyst that enables others to live an extraordinary working life.

She is passionate about consulting, training and coaching and has an affinity for getting the best out of people. Growing up on four different continents meant that from an early age she learnt a lot about what makes people tick. That same insight continued to play out in her career, as she travelled the globe living and working in over twenty countries.

Jane developed her skills during a successful and varied career path, in numerous sectors and in as many international locations. She fully understands the complexities and challenges of a competitive business environment and attributes her success as a consultant & coach to her pragmatic approach, incredible energy and a sense of humour to ensure extraordinary results and deliver beyond expectations.

Formerly the Director of Delivery Effectiveness for FranklinCovey Middle East, Jane proved her worth, growing a successful consultant team around her and successfully managing multiple high-profile client projects, including Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestle and Al Tayer.

Latterly, Jane developed a niche in the hospitality sector, working with prestigious brands such as Jumeirah, Armani Hotels, The Address, IHG, Starwood and Kempinski. She has extensive experience in the areas of leadership, customer loyalty and performance management.

Jane holds a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, is a Certified Innermetrix Consultant (CIC), a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and EQ Coach (SixSeconds SEI) and an ICF & ACA registered Coach. In addition, Jane is an accredited Belbin Team Roles Consultant, a certified DiSC Practitioner and an accomplished instructional designer. In 2020, Jane certified as a Motivational Maps practitioner, further adding to her coaching toolkit. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is Fellow of the Institute of Learning Management
