Workplace Officer for the See Me Workplace programme
Mairead Rowan is the Workplace Officer for the See Me Workplace programme. See Me is Scotland’s national programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. Mairead joined See Me in May 2018 and her role is to support organisations engaging in the See Me in Work programme to develop inclusive working environments free of stigma and discrimination. In addition to a keen interest in mental health, Mairead has a background in Health Improvement.
