The Hoteliers’ Charter has already secured the support of industry bodies, the Master Innholders, UKHospitality, Scottish Tourism Alliance, Scotland Food and Drink, St Julian’s Scholars and the Institute of Hospitality along with many hotel general managers, as well as seen over 400 hoteliers sign the Charter.
