Event – Reduce your carbon impact and increase profits
Are you in the food and drink industry and based in the Dundee, Angus, Perthshire or Fife region? Then come along to a workshop where you’ll learn how to be more sustainable and increase profits at the same time.
The cost of food waste from the Scottish hospitality and food service sector is estimated at over £215 million per year and around two-thirds of it is avoidable. Food waste not only translates into lost profits but also into carbon emissions that contribute to climate change.
Zero Waste Scotland, in partnership with Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, is running two pilot workshops, with slightly different formats, to help you to understand how to build a more environmentally sustainable business.
