Scottish Government publishes Overview of No Deal Planning

The Scottish Government has today (8th October) published its overview of no-dealing ahead of a possible UK exit from the EU on 31^st October without an agreement.

The overview sets out, in clear terms:

• the potential impacts of ‘No Deal’
• the steps that the Scottish Government is taking, or planning to take – to mitigate those impacts as far as we can
• the actions the Scottish Government is demanding of the UK Government to mitigate some of the impacts
