Tourism Society Scotland symposium on 29 April: Tourism 2030 and Beyond: New Normal or Total Transformation?

What might a ‘new normal’ in tourism look like as we put the pandemic behind us? Is there even such a thing as normal anymore? How have our attitudes and desires changed? And how will this affect the types of destinations we want to visit, how we travel there, and what we want when we get there?

Join The Tourism Society Scotland as we discuss the future of tourism, nationally and internationally, at Edinburgh Napier University’s Craiglockhart campus on 29 April 2022. It will be moderated by Viscount Thurso, the Chair of VisitScotland and President of the Tourism Society.

Full programme details and sign-up via Eventbrite at: http://tinyurl.com/y2yacsfb  Please register soon: the final deadline for registrations is 5pm on 27 April, although for catering purposes the 22 April is preferred.

Live-stream link: while the symposium is primarily an in-person networking event, a live-streaming option will be available for those who are unable to attend the symposium in person. Just select the live-stream link add-on when registering.  The link, for use by registrants only, will be sent to you nearer the time of the symposium.  Note: The fee for participation through the live-stream is the same as for attendance in-person.
