Tourist Tax Consultation – Your views needed

The Scottish Government has launched a Transient Visitor Levy Consultation seeking views on the principles of a local discretionary transient visitor levy or tourist tax.

We would urge all businesses who benefit from tourism activity to share your views via the Scottish Government Consultation Hub – the introduction of a tourism tax has the potential to negatively impact our industry in a number of ways.
