Industry event: Living Wage and Resilience in the Hospitality & Tourism Sector
Join Living Wage Scotland on Thursday the 25th of August (4pm – 6pm) at the University of Strathclyde Students Association.
This networking event, aimed at Tourism and Hospitality employers, will be an opportunity to reflect on some of the challenges facing the Hospitality & Tourism sector and explore opportunities to develop resilience through Living Wage and fair work practices.
Attendees will hear from members of the Living Wage Scotland Hospitality & Tourism Steering Group, including Kat Brogan from Mercat Tours and Tom McDermott from Sprigg about some of the benefits of becoming an accredited Living Wage employer. They will also hear about some challenges employers have faced on their Living Wage journey.
As well as learning a bit about how fair work practices could benefit your business, this event will be a perfect opportunity for Hospitality and Tourism employers to network with their peers, while enjoying some drinks and nibbles.
We know this is a busy time for all Hospitality & Tourism employers, but we would love to see you there.
