Duration: approx. 3 hrs

Purpose of Session:
-To raise awareness of Ageism in the workplace and its potential consequences for organisations and individuals.
-To identify ways in which you can help to develop a more age inclusive workplace.
– To develop skills in handling challenging workplace conversations around age.

Topics Covered:
-Ageism matters – the evidence
-Biases and myths about age in the workplace
-Organisational/Team Culture – what does yours look like in relation to age?
-What is an ‘age inclusive workplace’ and what can you do to make your organisation more age-inclusive.
-Examine the importance of your role as a ‘people manager’ in making your team and your organisation more age-inclusive.
-Identify the skills, knowledge and techniques required to effectively deal with age related issues at work and manage challenging conversations.

Webinar
Duration: approx. 1hr plus up to 1hr Q&A

Purpose of Session: 
-To raise awareness of Ageism in the workplace and its potential consequences for organisations and individuals.
-To identify ways in which you can help to develop a more age inclusive workplace.
