Patron news: Diageo launches Pick of the Fringe by Johnnie Walker Princes Street
This month Diageo will be hosting a special Fringe event in the Label Studio event space at Johnnie Walker Princes Street. Expect a mixed bill of comedy, music, and theatre, alongside some of the finest cocktails and drams in Edinburgh.
At Pick of the Fringe by Johnnie Walker Princes Street, Diageo will be hand-picking three of the Fringe’s very best acts per show for an exclusive performance, running over 12 days, Thursdays – Sundays from11th-28th August. Each show runs for a duration of 45-minutes (door open 30 mins prior) and there will be 2 shows per day, one at 4:30pm and another at 10:15pm.
There are already some amazing acts confirmed including the Grammy and Emmy-winning Soweto Gospel Choir, Britain’s Got Talent finalists Magical Bones, leading Australian drag and circus act Briefs Factory and world champion beatboxer Shlomo. These incredible acts will be performing a stripped-down version of their headline show in the Label Studio when not performing at the biggest and most prestigious Fringe venues.
There are less than 150 tickets per show available, so if you want to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience, skyline views over Edinburgh Castle and one of the best shows in the city you better be quick – tickets already sold out on August 25th at 4:30pm!
