STA’s Chief Executive, Marc Crothall MBE, gave oral evidence to the Economy and Fair Work Committee today (Wednesday 5th October) about the cost crisis and its impact on businesses, as part of pre-budget scrutiny. He appeared alongside Leon Thompson from UKHospitality and Bryan Simpson from Unite Hospitality.
